Delivery
This item is classed as a large item and to ensure that it arrives with you in pristine condition, it will be delivered for FREE by our 2-man delivery provider.
Once you have placed your order, our delivery team will contact you to offer at least one delivery slot within 7 working days from date of order. If this delivery slot isn’t convenient, you’ll be given the option to reschedule.
On the evening before your delivery day, you will be provided with a 2 hour delivery slot by the delivery company, and the driver will call you 30 mins prior to arrival.
Delivery will be made to a room or location (within the delivery address) of your choice. Please note if a lift/elevator is not provided our teams will only take your goods as high as a 3rd floor.
Unfortuantely, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the Scottish Islands.
We do deliver to the Scottish Highlands, but please be aware your your delivery will take a little longer. However, we promise that your product will be worth the wait!
Please note, it is your responsibility to ensure that the products ordered will fit through any access routes.

Here at Inside Out Living, we believe that returning your product should be as easy as buying it.
You can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be returned complete, unused, in their original packaging and in a fully re-sellable condition.
